Huang Feichun emphasized that firstly, it is necessary to strengthen communication and coordination, actively connect with all parties involved in the project, and coordinate and solve land use issues in project construction; Secondly, we need to strengthen the promotion and implementation, strengthen communication with the government and agricultural service companies, play a role as a bridge for communication among multiple parties, and jointly promote project implementation; Thirdly, it is necessary to ensure safety and order.
