Using "Supply and Marketing Farm" as a starting point to create a model for agricultural services

Recently, Huang Feichun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Council of Chaozhou Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, and Tang Huitao, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Council, led a team to Raoping County Supply and Marketing Cooperatives to review the situation of municipal supply and marketing farms on the spot, and to investigate the construction of the agricultural comprehensive service station project in Zhangxi Town. The audit team and the delegation successively went to Raoping County Yilu Specialized Cooperative and Raoping County Chaonong Specialized Cooperative to carry out on-site audit of municipal supply and marketing farms. The leaders of the two participating cooperatives reported on the cooperative's planting varieties, operating models, spring plowing and preparation plans, as well as seeking superior policies and financial support. The audit team stated that as a key support object for supply and marketing cooperatives, supply and marketing farms are an important force in promoting farmers' income increase and accelerating rural revitalization and development. Firstly, it is necessary to strictly follow the application procedures for supply and marketing farms to carry out preliminary selection work and ensure that supply and marketing farms fully play a leading role in rural revitalization; Secondly, it is necessary to continuously strengthen the connection with farmers, enhance the level of service capabilities for agriculture, and play a good role in serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers; Third, we should earnestly encourage grass-roots supply and marketing cooperatives, farmers' professional cooperatives and supply and marketing farms to promote standardized construction, actively integrate into the public Agrarian society service system with the main line of "production, supply and marketing, credit" comprehensive cooperation, and achieve high-quality development. Subsequently, the audit team visited Zhangxi Supply and Marketing Cooperative to conduct on-site research on the construction project of Zhangxi Town Agricultural Comprehensive Service Station. Huang Feichun emphasized that firstly, it is necessary to strengthen communication and coordination, actively connect with all parties involved in the project, and coordinate and solve land use issues in project construction; Secondly, we need to strengthen the promotion and implementation, strengthen communication with the government and agricultural service companies, play a role as a bridge for communication among multiple parties, and jointly promote project implementation; Thirdly, it is necessary to ensure safety and order. During the project implementation process, strict safety production should be carried out, and supervision of safety production during the construction process should be carried out to consolidate the foundation of safety production. Next, the supply and marketing cooperatives in Raoping County will continue to adhere to the purpose of serving farmers, give play to the system advantages of the supply and marketing cooperatives to connect farmers and connect with the market, do a good job in the work of combining agriculture with farmers, and provide more farmers' cooperatives, family farms and large planting households with high-quality services "before, during and after production". At the same time, we will accelerate the implementation and construction of the county-level agricultural service platform project, actively promote the implementation of the Zhangxi Town Agricultural Comprehensive Service Station construction project, make every effort to create a professional agricultural technology service network, strive to improve the comprehensive ability of supply and marketing cooperatives to serve agriculture, and promote the modernization level of local agriculture in a targeted manner to assist in rural revitalization.
